Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

To report any problem with your order, please fill out the contact form or call us at 1-801-425-0613 (9:00am - 4:30pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday).

If you are not happy with your purchase from Cutters Edges, you can return it for a refund or replacement within 15 days of purchase. You must call or email first to receive a Return Authorization. To receive full credit (less shipping), your purchase must be returned in new condition with all paperwork and accessories (sizers, case, etc.).


Refunds will be applied to your credit card 3-5 business days after the merchandise is returned and the credit is authorized. All clearance shear sales are final.


A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any used or damaged items. The Return Authorization Number must be included. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
